Sample charge and freight depend on product type and destination.
Sample Policy
- Standard samples are often provided free of charge, while freight is borne by the customer.

- Sample requests are usually reviewed within 2-3 working days.
- Tracking information is shared after dispatch.
- Each customer is typically limited to 2-3 sample items per product line.
